Scope of Terms

These Terms govern the acquisition and use of services, digital materials, and physical items offered by Ascentora.

Service Categories

Director Training Sessions

Ascentora provides live and virtual instructor-led sessions tailored to enhance director competence. Due to the bespoke nature of these sessions, no refunds are available once a booking is confirmed. Participants may transfer their booking to another date or to a colleague by notifying Ascentora at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

Digital Learning Materials

Digital products, including guides, courses, and recorded webinars, are accessible immediately upon purchase. Digital product orders may be reimbursed within 14 days of purchase. Approved reimbursements are processed as reimbursement to the original payment option within 5 business days of confirmation. To request a reimbursement, please use our contact form.

Physical Items

Physical goods, such as books and printed materials, may be eligible for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain in original condition. Approved refunds are processed as reimbursement to the original payment option within 7 business days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ship the item back unless it is defective. Reimbursement Procedures

All reimbursement requests must include proof of purchase and relevant details. Ascentora will review each request and respond within 3 business days. Once approved, a reimbursement is processed to the original payment option. Processing durations may vary slightly depending on third-party providers.

Service Adjustments

Ascentora reserves the right to modify session schedules, instructors, or content to maintain high standards. In the event of such adjustments, participants will be informed promptly and offered the choice of an alternate session or a reimbursement if no suitable option is available.

Updates to Terms

Ascentora may update these Terms at its discretion. The effective date will be indicated at the top of this document. Continued engagement with Ascentora after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
